ClearEvent Launches Free Badge Maker Tool for Event Organizers
TelAve News/10897350
ClearEvent Badge Maker is a free tool that lets event organizers create print-ready badges using attendee data from any registration, ticketing, or event management platform.
TORONTO - TelAve -- ClearEvent has launched ClearEvent Badge Maker, a free online tool designed to help event organizers create and export print-ready event badges more easily.
Built as a practical resource and "gift to the event planning community," ClearEvent Badge Maker allows organizers to import attendee data, customize badge layouts, add QR codes, preview badge designs, and export print-ready PDFs for self-printing.
The tool was created in response to years of feedback from event organizers who identified badge creation and printing as a stressful, last-minute workflow that often adds unnecessary pressure close to event day.
"Many event organizers are balancing registration, sponsors, volunteers, exhibitors, schedules, attendee communication, and event-day logistics with very small teams," said Francis Richard of ClearEvent. "Badge printing may seem like a small task, but it can quickly become stressful when left too late. We wanted to build something practical that helps reduce one more operational headache for organizers."

Unlike many event tools tied to proprietary ecosystems, ClearEvent Badge Maker is designed to work with attendee data from ClearEvent or any other platform capable of exporting CSV attendee or ticketing data.
The tool can be used to create:
ClearEvent Badge Maker includes support for text, shapes, images, QR codes, badge previews, and print-ready PDF exports. ClearEvent has also released supporting educational resources including Badge Printing Tips, help articles, and a practical Badge Printing Checklist to help organizers avoid common setup and printing issues before their events.
While ClearEvent Badge Maker complements the broader ClearEvent event management platform, organizers do not need a ClearEvent subscription to use the free tool.
ClearEvent hopes the launch will help reduce friction for event organizers managing conferences, expos, association events, nonprofit events, festivals, and community events.
