ClimaCall Introduces Free Forever HVAC Software for Small Contractors
TelAve News/10908530
HVAC businesses can manage up to three users and 20 work orders per month at no cost and with no credit card, no trial expiration and no contract.
MCKINNEY, Texas - TelAve -- ClimaCall, a field service management platform built specifically for HVAC contractors, has launched a Free Forever plan aimed at helping small HVAC businesses use professional software without adding another monthly expense.
The plan includes up to three users and 20 work orders per month at no cost, with no credit card required, no trial expiration and no long-term contract.
HVAC businesses that process at least five customer payments through ClimaCall during the month can unlock up to 50 work orders for that month at no additional software cost.
"Small HVAC contractors shouldn't have to wait until they become a large company before they can afford professional software," said Carlos Santos, CEO of ClimaCall. "We want small shops to have access to the tools they need to stay organized, serve customers better and grow without worrying about a trial deadline or obsolete systems."

ClimaCall is designed around the workflows of heating and cooling contractors rather than as a general-purpose field service platform.
The software helps HVAC companies manage customers, service locations, work orders, technicians, estimates, invoices, payments, job notes, photos and signatures across web, iOS and Android applications.
Many small HVAC businesses still manage daily operations through paper forms, spreadsheets, text messages and multiple disconnected applications. ClimaCall's Free Forever plan gives those companies a way to bring core field service operations into one system without an upfront software commitment.
"We would rather earn a contractor's business as they grow than force them into a paid plan after 14 or 30 days," Santos said. "If a company can operate within the Free Forever limits, they can continue using ClimaCall without an expiration date."
Businesses that eventually need additional capacity can upgrade to a paid ClimaCall plan.
