Coconut Coast Organization of REALTORS unveils new brand identity, reflecting expanded reach
TelAve News/10900594
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - TelAve -- After 60 years of serving real estate professionals in Southwest Florida, the Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS has officially rebranded as the Coconut Coast Organization of REALTORS, or CCOR (pronounced like the word "core"), a new name and identity designed to better reflect the organization's growing membership, geographic reach and vision for the future as the group celebrates its 60th anniversary this year.
The rebrand removes long-standing geographic limitations associated with the former name, providing clarity to REALTORS, brokers and consumers about where members live, work and serve clients. Today, CCOR members are active throughout the coastal corridor of Southwest Florida, including Lee and Collier counties and beyond.
"This change is about accurately representing who we are today and where our members already do business," said Meighan Harris, chief executive officer of CCOR. "Coconut Coast Organization of REALTORS honors our history while positioning us to grow, lead and better serve our members and communities for decades to come, strengthening the core of real estate connections."

The name Coconut Coast draws inspiration from a familiar and enduring regional symbol. Coconut palms have long defined the area's landscape and lifestyle, representing resilience, strength and community. Those qualities align closely with CCOR's mission to advocate for homeownership, uphold ethical standards and empower real estate professionals through education, leadership development and service.
While the name and visual identity are new, CCOR remains the same trusted, member-driven association known for its approachable leadership, inclusive culture and high engagement.
Members will continue to benefit from advocacy at the local, state and national levels, professional development opportunities and a strong sense of connection within the REALTOR community. The organization's jurisdictional boundaries for advocacy will remain confined to Bonita Springs and Estero.
The rebrand also supports CCOR's long-term growth strategy as Southwest Florida continues to attract new residents, development and investment. By removing geographic barriers, the organization is better positioned to expand membership, strengthen its collective voice in advocacy efforts and cultivate the next generation of real estate leaders.
