TelAve News/10900386
INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - TelAve -- Phinge Corporation, home of Netverse®, patented technologies, including app-less, hardware verification, verified Netverse Intelligence™, NI™, seemless app-integration and modular, connectable hardware and more, is now actively investigating the "Model Context Protocol" (MCP) and subsequent IP based on it for infringement of its IP from its June 2021 Priority Dates.
Phinge® previously issued public notices regarding the potential unauthorized use of its patented app-less technologies, and is continuing its investigations into entities including technology companies, third parties, open source projects and others that build or use MCP, AI Agents and Assistants in todays current non-app-less technology to infringe Phinge patents.
Phinge has recenty taken steps to protect its intellectual property in additions to its investigations.
Phinge® holds patents in both app-less and non app-less technologies. As such it has expanded its broad investigations into possible infringements to include its patented non-app-less technology by technology companies, developers, open source projects, third-party platforms and others. This includes those whose technologies, products or services may utilize key aspects of Phinge's patented, protected technologies, inventions, systems and methods. Some of these investigations include but are not limited to, both app and app-less AI agents and assistants, MCP, AI app-less phones and other Phinge patented technologies.
Increasingly tech CEOs and others in the industry have been stating that the world will be app-less in 4-5 years. Phinge holds patents in these technologies from 2021.
In the interim current and emerging technologies are combining apps through AI agents, AI assistants, MCP and more. Phinge holds patents in these technologies as well from 2021.

Phinge is preparing to launch its patented app-less Netverse through its patented hardware in the near future.
Our patents singularly invented by our founder and CEO Robert DeMaio for hardware, app and app-less technologies, and other inventions and uses were filed starting over 7 years ago. They cover in part a "universal, integrated, codebase," app and app-less technologies, including collecting, sharing and using data and purchasing through platforms, auctions and more seamlessly without opening them. Also included is integrated payments, rewards, social, merchant, user engagement and more, without the need to access the platforms, and with our app-less patents, no apps at all.
"We have numerous patents which cover innovative mobile modular hardware, devices, smartwatches and peripherals as well," said Robert DeMaio. "We continue to place the global technology, third-party developers and platforms, the open source community and relevant other parties on notice that Phinge takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously."
Phinge continues to dilegently monitor and investigate all technologies for any potential infringements of its patented technologies and inventions.
Phinge welcomes third-parties to apply to be a verified platform on Netverse but it will also act decisively to protect its inventions, innovations and Intellectual Property.
