(COLUMBIA, MO) ~ COLUMBIA, MO - Residents and commuters in Columbia can expect a detour on the Go COMO Green Route starting Tuesday, Jan. 6 through Friday, Jan. 9. According to city officials, construction on Paquin Street will require the temporary detour.

During this time, buses traveling towards Wabash Bus Station will turn right from South College Avenue onto University Avenue and then make a right onto Hitt Street to return to their normal route. This detour will completely avoid Paquin Street.

Unfortunately, the Paquin Street at Paquin Towers bus stop will not be in service during this time. However, a temporary stop for Paquin Towers will be placed on University Avenue at the corner of Matthews Street.

Riders are advised to use the temporary stop from Jan. 6-9 while construction is underway. The city apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and thanks residents for their understanding during this time.
