Coopsys Completes Cloud Transformation and Expands Microsoft-Based AI Solutions Practice
TelAve News/10905441
Coopsys strengthens its Microsoft cloud foundation to help organizations adopt AI securely and responsibly.
WINDSOR, Conn. - TelAve -- Coopsys, the partner-owned New England managed IT services provider, announced that it has completed its transition away from owned datacenter operations and now delivers client infrastructure, security, collaboration, and productivity services through Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
The milestone represents a significant evolution for the company, which has been independently owned and operated by its partners since 1993. Following its 2020 combination with Manchester-based Fandotech, Coopsys continued investing in cloud, cybersecurity, compliance, and advisory services while steadily modernizing its delivery model. Today, clients are supported through Microsoft cloud technologies and the company's NOAH managed IT platform, which integrates cybersecurity, compliance, governance, and strategic vCIO services.
Building on that foundation, Coopsys is expanding its AI Solutions Practice to help organizations adopt and govern artificial intelligence responsibly.

"Most organizations don't have an AI problem. They have a foundation problem," said Bob DeLisa, Founder and CEO of Coopsys. "We believe successful AI adoption starts with security, governance, compliance, and well-managed data. Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 provide that foundation. Our role is helping clients unlock the value of AI without creating unnecessary risk or complexity."
The Coopsys AI Solutions Practice includes AI readiness assessments, Microsoft Copilot enablement, Microsoft Purview information governance, Governance as a Service (GaaS), AI optimization services, workflow automation, and custom AI-powered business solutions. These services are designed specifically for the regulated and operationally focused industries the company has served for decades, including financial services and credit unions, healthcare organizations, manufacturers, and others.
Coopsys remains independently owned by its leadership team, including Founder and CEO Bob DeLisa, President Scott Spatz, and Chief Operating Officer Steve Martocchio.
"Our focus has always been helping clients adapt to technology shifts in a way that creates real business value," said Scott Spatz, President of Coopsys. "Moving fully to Azure and Microsoft 365 allows us to focus on what matters most today: cybersecurity, compliance, strategic guidance, and helping clients take advantage of AI with confidence."

Coopsys serves organizations throughout New England and beyond. The company was recognized as a 2026 MSP 501 provider and was named a Hartford Business Journal Best Place to Work in Connecticut for the 13th consecutive year.
Coopsys believes organizations that invest first in governance, security, and data management will be best positioned to realize long-term value.
"For us, AI is not a standalone offering," added DeLisa. "It's the next step in helping our clients become more productive, secure, and competitive. The opportunity is exciting, but success starts with building on the right foundation."
Since 1993, the company has helped organizations across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and others stay secure, supported, and confident through responsive, trustworthy, and friendly interactions. http://www.coopsys.com
