Filmmaker, author and entrepreneur joins national movement advocating for creator ownership, copyright protection, fair compensation and responsible AI policies
WILMINGTON, Del. - TelAve -- The Creators' Rights Movement announces the appointment of filmmaker, author, entrepreneur and creative advocate Phabian "S-Quire" Winfield as an Official Spokesperson, for the Filmmakers Division.
Winfield will help represent filmmakers and independent creators as the movement continues its national advocacy and education efforts surrounding copyright protection, creator ownership, fair compensation and responsible artificial intelligence policies.
He will also join the Creators' Tour Delaware stop on August 22, 2026, participating in a panel discussion examining the film industry, copyright, ownership, AI and the challenges facing today's independent filmmakers.
A federal law enforcement officer by profession and independent media entrepreneur by passion, Winfield has developed a creative career spanning filmmaking, publishing, music and entrepreneurship.

He is the creator of the feature documentary "The Making of a Moment," chronicling his unexpected rise to national attention and the journey that followed. He is also the author of "The Making of a Moment: From the Shadows to the Spotlight," which explores resilience, purpose and personal transformation.
Through RightNowMuzic LLC, Winfield has developed an independent media brand spanning film, publishing, music, soundtracks, merchandising and original content. His approach demonstrates the importance of creators understanding and maintaining ownership of the intellectual property they develop.
