Cubo Takes Over Iconic 55 Colmore Row, Birmingham From WeWork
TelAve News/10882379
BIRMINGHAM, U.K. - TelAve -- Cubo, one of the UK's fastest-growing flexible workspace providers, has announced that it has taken over 55 Colmore Row in Birmingham from WeWork - marking one of the most high-profile moves in the UK's flex-space market this year.
The company has taken a long lease on the iconic former WeWork building, which offers more than 30,000 sq. ft of Grade A workspace in the heart of Birmingham's Colmore Business District.
55 Colmore Row is widely regarded as one of the country's most desirable flexible workspace locations, recognised for its Grade A specification, hospitality-led amenities, and prime city-centre position.
The acquisition reinforces Cubo's ambition to transform premium workspaces across the UK's strongest commercial cities and significantly strengthens its regional presence as the business accelerates its national rollout.

55 Colmore Row will become a flagship location within Cubo's 14 strong portfolio, bringing its signature combination of design-led workspace, high-end service, and a vibrant member community to one of the UK's most sought-after office buildings.
Commenting on the takeover, Marc Brough, CEO and Founder of Cubo, said:
"55 Colmore Row is one of the UK's most iconic flexible workspace addresses - a building that companies genuinely aspire to work from. Taking this site into the Cubo portfolio is a major statement of intent.
"We're expanding, we're investing, and we're committed to delivering exceptional workspace experiences in the country's leading business cities. Birmingham is a key part of that strategy."
The building will offer premium private offices for teams of all sizes and will feature Cubo's signature amenities, including a destination coworking lounge with barista-led coffee and breakout areas, enterprise-grade meeting suites and event space, social, networking and wellness events and fully flexible and all-inclusive membership options.

Existing members will benefit from a smooth, transparent handover and immediate access to Cubo's national network.
55 Colmore Row's central position, just moments from Snow Hill and New Street stations, makes it a magnet for professional services, tech, digital and creative businesses. Cubo's arrival is set to strengthen Birmingham's position as one of the UK's most dynamic regional office markets.
The company recently announced that its contracted annual revenue has surpassed £30 million. It has also reported record enterprise sign-ups and occupancy levels, consistently outperforming market trends and setting records for both the number of new deals and desks sold per month across its national portfolio.
Cubo's commitment to sustainability was recently recognised with Certified B Corp status.
