BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - TelAve -- Curran Young Construction has completed the new Commons Club Beach Club, a three‑story, ground‑up concrete clubhouse built directly on Bonita Beach to provide members with an elevated waterfront experience.

Located at 26388 Hickory Blvd. in Bonita Springs, the 13,446‑square‑foot clubhouse offers upgraded coastal amenities and enhances the club's presence along one of Southwest Florida's most scenic stretches of shoreline.

Designed to immerse members in the beach environment, the new facility features pristine wood finishes, open‑air spaces and unobstructed views of the gulf. The club includes two grill areas, a bar, restrooms and shaded gathering areas, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor socializing and relaxation.
