LAS VEGAS - TelAve -- LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The Nevada School Foundation is proud to recognize Celia Salmeron, owner of Cuts by Celia, for her commitment to helping young adults prepare for employment by providing professional haircuts for participants before job interviews.

The Nevada School Foundation's Board of Directors is committed to ensuring that young adults have every opportunity to succeed. While safe housing, education, and career training are essential, the Board believes that small acts of support—such as a professional haircut before an interview—can make a lasting impact on a young person's confidence and future.
