ATLANTA - TelAve -- The cXm Professionals Association (CXMPA) returns to PRINTING United Expo 2026, bringing together customer communications professionals, technology providers, and industry leaders for education, professional networking, and recognition of innovation across print, mail, Customer Communications Management, and Communications Experience Management.

CXMPA's activities culminate on Thursday, September 24, with a full day of educational programming in Room N120. Sessions will explore business growth, modern print and mail operations, customer communications, workforce and career development, artificial intelligence, communications experience design, postal insights, and award-winning technologies and solutions.

The program concludes with presentations from recipients of the 2026 CXMPA Industry Awards, allowing attendees an opportunity to hear the case studies behind technologies and implementations recognized for their operational impact and contribution to the customer communications industry. The 2026 Industry Awards will be formally presented following the case study presentations.
