VIENNA, Va. - TelAve -- This immersive day-long workshop invites participants into the transformative world of sacred dance, Sufi whirling, breath, Rumi's poetry, and embodied wisdom. Through her distinctive feminine approach to Sama, the sacred Sufi practice of whirling, Banafsheh guides participants to reconnect with their bodies, awaken aliveness, and cultivate greater presence, resilience, and inner balance.

Drawing from her award-winning book, Dance of Oneness: Embody Love and Luminosity to Transform Your Life, Banafsheh explores the Divine Feminine as a source of wisdom, vitality, creativity, and healing. Participants will discover how movement can become a pathway to deeper self-awareness, connection, and joy.

Open to beginners, returning students, and experienced practitioners, the workshop welcomes everyone to move at their own pace. Instruction is offered in English, with Persian translation available as needed.

Banafsheh is the founder of Dance of Oneness®, a Divine Feminine lineage integrating Sufi whirling, Persian dance, flamenco, mysticism, and Taoist wisdom. She holds an MFA in Choreography and an MA in Chinese Medicine and has shared her transformative teachings with The Shift Network, Esalen, Kripalu, Omega, and Hollyhock.
