TUXEDO, N.Y. - TelAve -- Design 446, a full-service creative and marketing agency based at the Jersey Shore, has partnered with Lennar and Related Companies on a comprehensive signage program for Tuxedo Reserve, an upcoming 1,200-acre community in the heart of New York's Hudson Valley. Working alongside both development teams, Design 446 has been involved in the design and implementation of a comprehensive signage program throughout the community, including entry monuments, directional and wayfinding signage, residential sales center, and leasing environment for The Village at Tuxedo Reserve. The latest milestone is the installation of the North Entrance monument, a prominentarchitectural feature that welcomes residents and visitors while establishing the community's distinctive identity.

Featuring an illuminated clock tower, integrated digital display, custom architectural detailing and stonework, the monument reflects the character and vision of the community while creating a memorable arrival experience.

Meanwhile, Related Companies recently launched leasing for The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, a vibrant hub which will feature 336 luxury rental apartments alongside retail, dining, entertainment, public gathering spaces, and essential conveniences. The Village is also preparing for the anticipated opening of its seasonal ice-skating rink this fall, adding another destination for residents and the surrounding community.
