NAPLES, Fla. - TelAve -- Design West, an award-winning luxury interior design firm based in Naples, has promoted JoAnna Palinchak to president.

Palinchak, who has been with Design West for more than 25 years, most recently served as vice president of operations. In her new role, she will lead the firm's day-to-day operations while continuing to draw on her expertise in design, client relations and business management.

Palinchak began her career at Design West in the firm's Professional Service Division before contributing across every division of the company, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the business. She later moved into an operations-focused role, coordinating purchasing, logistics and financial processes in support of the firm's growth.
