Registrars like TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rhineland, NQA, NSF, DQS, Intertek, BSI sit on ANSI–ANAB boards, use ANAB symbols, and issue certificates under ANAB/MRA‑MLA authority. Multi-Regional-Lateral Agreement international ANAB  equivalent accreditation bodies.

One registrar — BSI — sat with Boeing (2014-2024) on ANAB's Management System Accreditation Committee, empowered to grant, suspend, or withdraw certifications.

Boeing has not been AS9100 certified since July 2002, yet helped govern certification rules.

This is not oversight.

This is not compliance.

This is a certification cartel.
