FORT MYERS, Fla. - TelAve -- Elizabeth Dosoretz, LCSW, founder and CEO of Elite DNA Behavioral Health, has been named an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Florida.
Presented by Ernst & Young (EY US), the Entrepreneur Of The Year program is one of the most prestigious business recognitions in the country, celebrating visionary leaders who are driving innovation, accelerating growth and creating lasting impact in their industries and communities. For more than 40 years, EY has honored entrepreneurs whose leadership and determination have transformed organizations and generated meaningful value for future generations.
Dosoretz was selected as one of only 11 winners from a list of 35 finalists across Florida. Recipients were selected by an independent panel of past Entrepreneur Of The Year winners, top CEOs and business leaders. Candidates were evaluated based on their entrepreneurial spirit, purpose-driven leadership, long-term value creation and demonstrated growth and impact.

"I am incredibly honored and grateful to be named an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Florida winner," said Dosoretz. "This recognition belongs to the hundreds of people at Elite DNA Behavioral Health who show up every day to care for patients, solve problems, support one another and live our mission. It belongs to the people who believed in us when there was nothing materialized yet, and to those who left safety at different points in their careers because they believed in what we were building."
In 2013, Dosoretz founded Elite DNA with the goal of providing accessible, affordable mental health care to everyone. Under her leadership, Elite DNA has since expanded to more than 40 locations across three states, helping meet the growing demand for comprehensive behavioral health services in Florida, Viriginia and Alabama.
