~ Fishers, Indiana - The City of Fishers has announced a new addition to its bustling entertainment district with the launch of Clutch Kitchen at Sun King Fishers. This refreshed dining experience is brought to the community by none other than Celebrity Chef Kelsey Murphy, winner of season 11 of MasterChef and longtime resident of Fishers.

Clutch Kitchen, a rebrand of Murphy's previous concept Inspo, first made its debut at Lucas Oil Stadium this fall. The menu features elevated stadium food such as bacon jam-loaded tots, chicken wings, and the popular Cuban sandwich. With the opening of Clutch Kitchen at Sun King Fishers, Murphy has expanded her menu to include items unique to Fishers such as pizzas, salads, and grain bowls.

Replacing the former Fishers Test Kitchen space within Sun King Fishers, Clutch Kitchen offers a casual yet elevated dining experience for families and social gatherings. "We are intentional about bringing dynamic and unique culinary options to Fishers," says Mayor Scott Fadness. "With social destinations like Sun King Fishers and the Fishers Event Center in our entertainment district, demand for nearby casual dining continues to increase. Concepts like Clutch Kitchen can really cater to this demand and take dining in Fishers to the next level."

For Murphy, opening Clutch Kitchen in her hometown holds special significance. "The Clutch Kitchen team and I are beyond excited to have found our home in Fishers," she says. "As my career grows on a national level, it has become even more important for me to keep roots in Indiana, specifically in Fishers. This town has been the birthplace of my career and my family, and the people of Indiana and Fishers have been my greatest supporters through it all."

Sun King is equally thrilled about this partnership with Murphy. Clutch Kitchen is now open with a limited menu for dine-in and carryout. A grand opening with a full lunch and dinner menu is expected in early spring.
