Freefall: A Reckoning For Boeing May Miss Critical 24 Year Certification Failure, Says Aerospace Expert Daryl Guberman

40 Year Aerospace Quality Veteran Warns That Rory Kennedy's Upcoming Netflix Documentary May Overlook Boeing's Missing AS9100 Certification Since 2002 — The Root Cause No Whistleblower Has Addressed. Guberman has all documented proof from 2001 to Present
LOS ANGELES - TelAve -- Aerospace quality‑systems expert and Boeing shareholder Daryl Guberman is urging filmmaker Rory Kennedy and Moxie Films to contact him regarding their upcoming Boeing documentary, warning that the film is missing the most important structural failure in modern aviation oversight: Boeing has not held AS9100 certification for 24 years, despite requiring it from every supplier. In April 17,2024 under penalty of ejection or arrest Guberman made known Boeing's 22 year disregard for internal supplier audits via April & July 2002 Bulletins Boeing issued. https://www.newstribune.com/photos/2024/apr/18/3749044/
According to Guberman, the turning point came in April & July 2002, when Boeing mandated that all suppliers be NADCAP- National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (Heat treatment, welding flight critical processes & AS9100‑certified under the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB) — while Boeing itself held no AS9100 certification at all for over 24 years (Boeing stipulated in bulletins send in your certification- parts and Boeing would visit only if need be or need arises) . This mandate was enforced through Boeing's supplier‑control system and tied directly to accreditation structures later implicated in federal fraud, including U.S. Department of State Contract DOS 19AQMM18R0131.

"This is the root cause no one has touched," Guberman said. "Every whistleblower so far has described symptoms — not the disease. The disease is the collapse of the aerospace certification system."

THE INDUSTRIAL CONTROL STRUCTURE THAT SUPERSEDED FAA OVERSIGHT
In the early 2000s, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Airbus formed what became the Industrial Controlled Other Party (ICOP) structure — a private governance system that effectively superseded FAA oversight.
Guberman explains:
Guberman notes that the FAA sits on the ANSI–ANAB board, alongside Boeing and Lockheed representatives — a conflict that has never been publicly addressed.
"This is why the FAA never questioned Boeing's missing AS9100 certification," Guberman said. "They were sitting at the same table."
THE ELIZABETH LUND CONTRADICTION
On June 27, 2024, Boeing executive Elizabeth Lund stated publicly that Boeing was:
Guberman's investigation shows these statements were not accurate.
OCTOBER 2024: GUBERMAN GOES TO BOEING FACILITIES
In October 2024, Guberman traveled to Boeing's major Washington State sites — Everett, Renton, Auburn, and Northfield — to verify Lund's claims.

HOW GOOD PARTS BECOME JUNK IN AN UNCERTIFIED ENVIRONMENT
Guberman explains that when a supplier produces a part under accredited AS9100 controls, that part is valid only if it enters an aircraft built under the same accredited system.
If Boeing itself is not certified:
"This is not hypothetical," Guberman said. "This is what happens when the prime manufacturer abandons the standard but forces it on everyone else."
THE 2018–PRESENT RISK WINDOW
In 2018, Boeing escalated the problem, by continuing forcing all suppliers to keep using ANAB, an accreditation body even though it was shown to have committed fraud being recognized as an "underwriter" on a U.S. State Department contract — including DOS 19AQMM18R0131.
Guberman's findings: all certifications issued under ANAB (American National Accreditation Board) and its international equivalents operating under the Multi Regional Agreement (MRA) and Multilateral Agreement (MLA) structures are unreliable from 2018 to the present. MRA-MLA are equivalent to ANSI-ANAB accreditation. ANSI-American National Standards Institute, took over complete ownership in 2014 but did not announce this till 2018: https://www.prlog.org/13134636-worldwide-recall-warning-anab-and-mramla-certification-failures-threaten-aerospacedefense-cybersecurity-medical-devices-and-global-supply-chain.html
This means:
"There is no waiver, no exception, and no administrative workaround when the foundation itself is uncertified or fraudulent," Guberman said.
WHY MOXIE FILMS MUST INCLUDE THIS
Guberman warns that if the documentary excludes the certification collapse, it will miss the root cause of Boeing's decline.
"Pilot training, MCAS, and culture are symptoms," he said. "The certification collapse is the disease. If Moxie Films wants the truth, they need to call me. 203 556 1493"

Guberman explains that when a supplier produces a part under accredited AS9100 controls, that part is valid only if it enters an aircraft built under the same accredited system.

- The part cannot be validated
- The part becomes junk, even if manufactured perfectly
