Garden City Realty was named 2024 Best of the Beach and Readers' Choice

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - TelAve -- Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate, vacation rental, and property management company, is pleased to be recognized in the Myrtle Beach Sun News 2024 Best of the Beach contest.
The Sun News contest includes Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners for each category. Nominations began on May 6, followed by the voting period on June 3. The winners were announced in a special Best of the Beach magazine advertising feature of The Sun News on Sunday, September 22.
Garden City Realty was named the Gold winner in the Best Vacation Rental Company, Best Real Estate Company, Best Property Management Company, and Best Customer Services categories for the third consecutive year.
Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Sales and Garden City Realty President, was named the Gold winner of the Best Real Estate Broker category for the third year in a row. Likewise, the Coast to Country Group team was named the Gold category winner for Best Real Estate Team, and third-time winner, Streett Property Consultants team, was named the Silver category winner. Robin Richardson was named the Gold category winner for Best Real Estate Agent and Brian White was the Bronze category winner.

Concurrently, in a contest held by The Georgetown Times, Garden City Realty won Best Vacation Rental Company and was the runner-up for Best Property Management Company, Best Real Estate Company, and Best Real Estate Agent (Coast to Country Group team).
The Georgetown Times contest includes a Winner, Runner-up, and Finalist for each category. Nominations began June 6, followed by the voting period on June 26. The winners were announced in a special Readers' Choice advertising feature of The Georgetown Times on Wednesday, September 25.
