GD Announces New Scheduling Feature for e-Bridge Communication Platform
TelAve News/10858998
RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. - TelAve -- General Devices (GD), a leader in HealthTech, has announced the launch of the new Scheduling Feature for its e-Bridge Communication Platform. This update enhances user flexibility and efficiency by allowing administrators to configure on-call schedules for individual users, ensuring optimized alert management.
The Scheduling Feature is now available on the e-Bridge client applications for iOS, Android, and Desktop. This enhancement enables administrators to pre-configure schedules, automatically enabling or disabling alerts based on predefined on-call times. Additionally, users can manually override their preconfigured schedule when necessary, providing greater control over their availability and responsiveness.
"This new feature addresses a key need for healthcare teams by ensuring that alerts reach the right people at the right time without unnecessary disruptions," said Jimmy Nejmeh, VP of Support and Technical Services at General Devices. "By automating scheduling, we're giving teams more time to focus on patient care while reducing alert fatigue."
