TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has appointed Earl Glisson and David Clark to the Florida Faith-Based and Community-Based Advisory Council, his office announced.

Glisson is the apostle of Anchor Faith Church in St. Augustine and president of Faith Christian University. He previously served in the Florida Army National Guard and is a member of the Washington Classical Christian School Board and the Kings Development Group Board of Directors.

Clark is CEO of Allegiant Group, a strategic business consulting and government advisory firm, and Divergent Solutions, a disaster preparedness and recovery company. He previously held several senior leadership positions under the DeSantis administration, including with the Executive Office of the Governor.

Clark attends Capital City Church in Tallahassee, where he serves on its Building Committee. He earned bachelor's degrees in accounting and business management from Flagler College and an MBA from Cornell University, according to the announcement.
