Henri Welcomes Multifamily Industry Veteran Suzie Combs as Client Engagement Project Manager
TelAve News/10901243
New role underscores Henri's commitment to helping property management partners realize fast, measurable value from its resident engagement and payment platform.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - TelAve -- Henri, a centralized platform for resident communications and payment processing built around a native mobile app, today announced that multifamily industry veteran Suzie Combs has joined the company as Client Engagement Project Manager - a newly created role focused on helping customers get the most value from the Henri platform, fast.
The addition reflects Henri's continued investment in the people behind its technology as the company scales its platform for property management companies and the communities they serve. In her new role, Combs will strengthen Henri's customer engagement efforts and accelerate speed-to-value for partners adopting the platform.
Combs returns to the multifamily space after four years in construction industry SaaS, most recently as Director of Customer Success at STACK Construction Technologies in Cincinnati. There, she led onboarding, training, support, and professional services teams, and built new processes and departments designed to improve the customer experience and drive faster product adoption.

"My passion is understanding what customers are really trying to achieve and helping them get there as quickly and smoothly as possible," said Combs. "Great technology only delivers value when customers can easily adopt and use it to meet their goals."
Before STACK, Combs spent nine years at LeaseHawk, a Scottsdale-based multifamily SaaS company focused on AI-driven leasing performance and CRM tools, where she worked across support, account management, and training.
"Suzie brings an incredible mix of multifamily experience, customer empathy, and operational know-how," said Kurt Elder, Henri's Operations Director. "She understands both the complexity of property operations and the importance of creating simple, engaging experiences for residents. We're already seeing stronger engagement and exciting momentum with the property management teams we're working with."
As Henri continues building tools that simplify how multifamily communities communicate and transact, leaders like Combs will help ensure customers see real value from day one.
