NEW YORK - TelAve -- NEW YORK, September 24, 2026. While New York Fashion Week filled Chelsea with looks and guest lists, PerfectvilleUSA ran a different experiment in public. At The Brownstone Social on West 25th Street, founder and systems architect Kelly Lee Allen staged TOP SECRET / Perfect Population SS27 as a live systems case study: fashion as the cultural interface, infrastructure as the company under evaluation.

PerfectvilleUSA is building a membership city, not another fashion brand with an app attached. On September 13 that stack ran under live pressure: door QR entry and credentials, district check-in, Backstage and Pulse Timeline, Mirror Core and Perfect Mood, talent and ambassador admin, and an in-app contract vault that executed ten contract packages and ten engagements. Eleven backstage bulletin posts moved through the operating surface. Casting moved 44 submissions to 33 approvals and a final runway roster of 26, with 22 crew submissions supporting the day. Credentialed model logins ran against that roster. More than 200 RSVPs were recorded for the night.
