The company has submitted its two flagship training programmes for CPD certification:

- The Certified HOBA® Business Transformation Architect (HBA®) Programme — a six-week, 36-hour online certification combining 20+ hours of on-demand video with 16 hours of live group coaching, teaching the six-step HOBA® framework used on some of the UK's largest transformation programmes.

- The HOBA® Enterprise Transformation Capability Programme — a 16-hour blended programme in which organisations design their own target operating model, transformation roadmap and business case using their own business as the case study.

On completion of assessment, both programmes will carry the CPD Certified seal, and graduates will earn recognised CPD hours alongside their HOBA credentials.
