2.     You are required to click on the option and click on the "Get Started" option from the Acer Care Centre option displayed at the top.

3.     This option you will find available next to the "Reset Your PC" option and then find the "Remove Everything" option.

4.     You will be displayed with "Just Remove my Files" and "Remove Files and Clean the Drive" options. Select the one depending upon the needs and tap "Reset".
