INI OutboundStudio delivers a full-featured set of advanced capabilities for voice and SMS-based Avaya POM campaigns. With an easy-to-use administration interface and consolidated campaign management tools, OutboundStudio expands on the functionality of POM by giving contacts a wide range of response options, including speech recognition and two-way SMS. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Experience Portal 8.0 and Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager 4.0.
