CHEYENNE, Wyo. - TelAve -- InTake, an AI receptionist from AVA Digital for independent hair salons, barbers, and beauty and wellness studios, now gives its first month free to the first 100 businesses that join, with no card required. InTake answers customers on the business's own website chat, day and night, in the customer's language, using the business's own information, and takes bookings with no commission.

InTake books single appointments of up to two hours directly. For anything else, it sends the owner a booking request that can be accepted in one click. Customers receive a confirmation email, a reminder email the day before, and a link to cancel. Owners have a dashboard, receive email alerts and can take over any chat.

InTake is aimed at independent studios that take bookings by phone, direct message or walk-in and do not want to move their customers to a marketplace or pay commission on bookings. Customers are told they are talking to an AI. Customer data is hosted in the European Union, in Helsinki, Finland. Phone answering can be added through a voice agent set up for each client.

"It answers on the studio's own website, in the customer's language, and the booking stays with the studio, with no commission. After the free month, InTake costs 49.50 per month for a full year, then 99 per month. The price is the same figure in euros, pounds or US dollars. AI usage is billed at cost plus 20% after the free month. There is no commission on bookings.
