KidneyKind Marks America's 250th Birthday with $25 First-Year Promo on Kidney Health App
TelAve News/10899842
Patient-built iOS app for dialysis tracking offers limited-time annual discount through July 14
PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - TelAve -- KindSoft LLC announced today that KidneyKind, the patient-built kidney health tracking app for iPhone and Apple Watch, is offering its annual subscription for $25 for the first year — a 61 percent discount from the regular $64.99 — in honor of the United States' 250th birthday. The promotion runs through July 14, 2026, and is available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and Japan.
The discount is redeemable through the App Store using offer code USA250. The promotion is available to new subscribers, existing subscribers, and users who previously tried the app — making it an accessible re-entry point for patients who downloaded KidneyKind during a difficult period and did not continue.
"Five years ago I started peritoneal dialysis. Two years ago I started building the app I needed to manage it," said Mike McGarry, founder of KindSoft LLC and a kidney patient himself. "Kidney disease management should not require six different apps. KidneyKind exists because I built what I could not find."

KidneyKind tracks all four major dialysis modalities — peritoneal exchange, peritoneal cycler, home hemodialysis, and in-center hemodialysis — along with daily vitals, medications, lab results including kidney-specific markers like Kt/V and eGFR, and the kidney transplant journey from referral through listing. The app is available on iPhone, Apple Watch, and iPad, with watch complications and a Home Screen widget for at-a-glance fluid limit tracking. All patient data is stored in the user's private iCloud account; KindSoft operates no servers and collects no analytics.
The app launched in the United States in April 2026 and expanded to five additional territories over the following months, with full Japanese translation shipping in May 2026.
Patients can redeem the promotion at:
https://apps.apple.com/redeem?ctx=offercodes&id=6761937176&code=USA250
The subscription renews at the regular $64.99 per year after the first year and can be cancelled at any time through iPhone Settings.
