Accommodating Rapid Growth and Planning for Future Expansion, LATO AI has Brought on a New VP and More Than Doubled its Staff

PITTSBURGH - TelAve -- Following a year of explosive growth, LATO AI will bolster its largely virtual operations with a new physical headquarters on Pittsburgh's North Shore.

LATO signed a five-year lease for nearly 5,500 square feet in the People's Center along Pittsburgh's North Shore, a prime location in a tech hub that's home to the Daniel G. and Carole L. Kamin Science Center, the Moonshot Museum and Astrobotic, a company developing space exploration technology.

"Consistently ranking among the top 10 U.S. tech cities, Pittsburgh is our ideal location," said LATO AI COO Dan Zabokrytskyi. "As we continue to advance our business, we're proud to make our home in a city that values technology leadership and is at the forefront of research, engineering, robotics and AI initiatives that are modernizing businesses and strengthening the economy."

Providing fully customized, AI-powered automation systems and boutique-level attention, LATO AI develops software that improves operations and workflow for companies across the transportation, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, distributing and e-commerce sectors. LATO's team devises personalized tools that automate processes, streamline administrative tasks and provide transparent, real-time updates to keep projects moving.

LATO's new headquarters cements the company's commitment to southwestern Pennsylvania and well positions LATO for continued expansion. LATO has recently grown its team, most notably bringing on Vice President of Product and Innovation Bill Brown to develop client relationships and help build LATO's executive core.

Brown previously served as head of product operations and client success at Xficient Inc., a developer of a generative AI healthcare administration platform; and as VP of healthcare product innovation for PNC, where he developed and launched a machine-learning-based solution for claims forecasting.

"We're building a new sales team and hiring employees beyond contractors," said Michael Reynolds, CEO of LATO AI. "Bill is leading the implementation team and has been killing it for us."

Taking occupancy of the new office September 1, LATO will officially open its headquarters later this fall and expects to employ about 25 full-time sales representatives there.

Implementing its own custom-software that streamlines new client onboarding from the discovery process through proposal development, LATO now has the capacity to take on 15 times more business. To support current and projected growth, LATO increased its cohort of contractors over the past year from 50 engineers, developers, data scientists and project managers to 130.
