LAHASKA, Pa. - TelAve -- Light Her Way, a women's leadership collective committed to expanding access, visibility, and opportunities for aspiring leaders, is proud to announce the opening of applications for its next Board of AdviseHERS cohort. This 16-week virtual training program, followed by membership in an alumni community, is designed to equip professionals with the tools, connections, and know-how required for board readiness.

Bridging the Gap from Intention to Board Invitation

Many leaders find themselves "board curious" but lack structured access to the training, peer feedback, and networks necessary to become competitive for board roles. Light Her Way's Board of AdviseHERS bridges that gap by providing both substantive skills training and a supportive community where members can grow together.

Board of AdviseHERS offers an immersive curriculum that covers:

• Eight training modules over 16 weeks, with bi-weekly sessions led by expert faculty, sitting nonprofit, private, and public board members
• Practical workshops, templates, and frameworks to guide board readiness
• Personalized feedback via mock board interviews and a board readiness audit
• Tools for self-assessment, including an Everything DISC assessment
• Access to the Light Her Way alumni network for ongoing support and mentorship
