CHICAGO - TelAve -- The national law firm of Litchfield Cavo LLP today announced that S. Jan Hueber has been appointed as the Firm's managing partner, effective January 1, 2025. John J. Jarosak, who currently serves in this role, will return to full-time practice at Litchfield Cavo, focusing on professional malpractice clients, construction liability matters and products liability cases.

Jan will be only the third managing partner in the Firm's history and the first woman to hold this position at Litchfield Cavo. In her new role, she will oversee operational leadership across the Firm's 23 nationwide offices. Jan's priorities include ensuring the Firm's future remains both innovative and prosperous while building on Litchfield Cavo's 25-year legacy of excellence.

Jan has been practicing law for more than 36 years and joined Litchfield Cavo as a partner in September 2017. Based in the Firm's Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas office, she represents a diverse range of clients in various aspects of commercial and corporate litigation. Her areas of focus include construction liability, general commercial liability, medical professional liability and products liability.

Jan earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Angelo State University. While the Firm's primary operations remain in Chicago, Illinois, Jan will divide her time between Chicago and Texas.
