SOUTHLAKE, Texas - TelAve -- Southlake, TX – The MetroTex Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) has named Mary Catherine Thampi of Ebby Halliday as a recipient of its prestigious 2026 40 Under 40 award, honoring rising stars in the Texas real estate industry.

Thampi was selected from a highly competitive pool of REALTOR® applicants across the state of Texas. The 40 Under 40 award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, community engagement, and strong sales performance in 2026. The award presentation will take place in December 2026 at the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® Icon Awards Gala, where Thampi will be honored alongside other influential young professionals making a difference in their communities and careers.
