The meeting will take place virtually from 10:15 am to 11:15 am, with subsequent sessions scheduled for 11:15 am to 12:15 pm, 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm, and 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. This decision was made in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the need for social distancing measures.

According to Rachel Jones, Director of Special Projects for the Commission, the meeting will be conducted using Google Meet links instead of Zoom.
