DPEG Beasley LP and Dhanani Investments plan new community with 1,009 single-family homes in Needville school district.

HOUSTON - TelAve -- Land Advisors Organization's Houston office recently completed the sale of a 289.4-acre parcel in Beasley, Texas. The vacant tract was purchased by a local developer who plans to create a new community with 1,009 single-family home lots ranging from 40-50-feet. The site is located southwest of Houston within the prestigious Needville school district at Wernecke Road and Straznicky Road in Beasley, Texas.

Duane Heckmann, Kirk Laguarta and Nate Jackson with Land Advisors Organization represented the seller, the Wendt Family Advisors, in the transaction. The buyer is Houston-based DPEG Beasley LP (Dhanani Investments) with assistance from Majestic Development.  DPEG has been developing residential and commercial properties throughout the Houston area for the past 14 years.

"The Houston real estate market is incredibly active with new residential and commercial development happening in all directions," said Laguarta. "This property is in a highly desirable location for families because of the school district and its proximity to numerous lifestyle amenities. This was a great deal for both the buyer and seller, and we were proud to be able to facilitate it."
