Nebraska-Born Driive Launches with Founding Team of CompanyCam Veterans and a Home Service Operator
TelAve News/10900412
Driive, a new AI scheduling platform for home service contractors, is founded by Nick Small and Corey Collins, and Quinn Small. The story echoes CompanyCam's own origin: a Nebraska software company built by operators who lived the problem.
LINCOLN, Neb. - TelAve -- Driive, the AI booking and scheduling platform for the home service trades, today announced the team building it. The company was founded by Quinn Small, former CEO of Custom Blinds and Design, alongside Nick Small, former VP of Marketing at CompanyCam, and Corey Collins, former AI lead at CompanyCam.
The founding story follows a now-familiar Nebraska pattern. CompanyCam, the photo documentation platform now used by tens of thousands of contractors, was founded in Lincoln by an operator who saw the problem from inside the trades. Driive comes out of the same soil. Quinn Small spent years running a field service business and lived the problem every day: leads coming in after hours, phones going to voicemail, paid jobs going to whichever competitor picked up first.
"We tracked every lead that came in, every voicemail after hours, every callback that never connected. Each one was a lead we paid for and a job we didn't get. No software on the market solves that. That's why we're building Driive," said Quinn Small, Founder and CEO of Driive.

"AI agents will redefine how businesses scale, but only when they have the guardrails to follow your rules. We built Driive as the substrate that lets autonomous agents schedule field service work as reliably as your best human scheduler," said Corey Collins, Co-Founder and CTO of Driive.
"Contractors don't have a lead problem, they have a response problem. I spent years watching shops pour money into marketing and then lose the job to voicemail. Driive is the fix," said Nick Small, Co-Founder and CRO of Driive.
The company's earliest customers come from inside the home services industry. "Driive has been a game changer for the scheduling side of our business. Our clients have the freedom to schedule appointments at any time, on their terms," said Sherri Tafoya, Owner of Custom Blinds & Design and Driive's first customer. "Driive has become a staple in our office. The team and support is incredible. Big thanks to Nick, Quinn and Corey," said Tyler Thille, Sales Lead at Creative Landscaping.
Driive is backed by pre-seed investment from Nebraska Angels, Nelnet, Move Venture Capital, and Luke Hansen, founder and CEO of CompanyCam.
