Continuing the legacy founded in 1979 by Jana's mother, Pamela McNair-Wingate, Frank and Jana have evolved the company into an industry powerhouse while maintaining its heart as a family-owned business. Both began their journeys as stylists—Jana as the company's very first intern and Frank as one of its earliest hires—giving them a deep, "behind the chair" understanding of the creative and professional needs of their 250-plus employees.
