Phinge Discloses the Linux Foundation & the Agentic AI Foundation Have Received Formal Intellectual Property Notice & Evidence Preservation Demands

TelAve News/10910390
Verified Netverse Intelligence, NI
INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. - TelAve -- Phinge Corporation (Phinge) today announced a major expansion of its ongoing intellectual property enforcement actions, serving comprehensive, continuous Formal Intellectual Property Notice & Evidence Preservation Demands directly to the Linux Foundation and its directed project fund, the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF).

The issued notices encompass a wide range of legal and operational directives; among these is an explicit mandate for immediate evidence preservation and system-wide tracking across the entire collaborative ecosystem of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the AAIF's automated agentic stacks, addressing foundational architectural layouts that Phinge asserts overlap with its extensive portfolio of issued U.S. patents.

These IP holdings include, but are not limited to, five (5) granted utility patents—US 11,232,514 B1, US 11,282,174 B1, US 11,140,256 B1, US 11,348,079 B1, and US 11,250,460 B1, all carrying June 2021 priority dates, which were solely invented by Robert Charles DeMaio and formally assigned to Phinge Corporation. The complete outgoing transmission ledger and corresponding gateway routing records for every notice listed below are securely archived and available upon formal written request. For inquiries or to submit a formal request, please contact corporate leadership directly at ceo@phinge.com.

Systematic Expansion of the Enforcement Network

This action follows Phinge's previous cross-party preservation notices served to global book-running and syndicate banks—including Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co.—managing major technology capital market distributions, as well as prior demands issued to Anthropic, PBC, Airia, LLC, OpenAI, Inc, and Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX), Microsoft Corporation, NVIDIA Corporation, Google LLC and Apple Inc., to protect Phinge and Robert Charles DeMaio's June 2021 priority boundaries against infringement and structural tech stack integration.

By delivering these new demands to the foundation layers and associated multi-firm infrastructure participants, Phinge has directly placed the transaction counsels, IPO underwriters, and multi-firm corporate steering boards of big tech on formal notice. The recipient array on the distribution includes lead underwriting counsels from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. and Freshfields US LLP, alongside senior executive leadership at Anthropic, PBC, Bloomberg L.P., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The demands mandate an immediate and continuous hold, forcing the foundations and their representative corporate board seats (including representatives from AWS, Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, Block, Cloudflare, and Bloomberg L.P.) to preserve all historical and dynamically generated records from the first instance of MCP's pre-proposal inception through its December 9, 2025 open-source donation up to the present day and moving forward.

Unconditional Global Reservation of Rights

This press release and the transmitted directives contain an ironclad global reservation of rights of Phinge Corporation and Robert Charles DeMaio and explicitly state that the identified assets do not constitute a limiting or exhaustive listing of Inventor Robert Charles DeMaio's inventions, pending applications, disclosures or continuations, whether held individually or assigned to Phinge Corporation.

Phinge and Robert Charles DeMaio strictly reserve all rights, remedies, claims, and causes of action, both legal and equitable, with respect to their entire patent portfolio, disclosures, pending applications, and proprietary methodologies under any applicable doctrine of patent law, including but not limited to the doctrine of equivalents whether held individually by Robert Charles DeMaio or formally assigned to Phinge Corporation. Underwriters, transaction counsels, and consortium board seats are formally advised that potential infringement of these patented architectures cannot be cured by traditional financial settlements alone, as the unauthorized deployment of these patented architectures directly impacts systemic data sovereignty and public market compliance.
