NEW YORK - TelAve -- PoQrr today announced Booby v1 "Sandro," the first major version of Booby, its AI archivist designed to help people create and preserve PoQs.

Booby helps people create PoQs through conversation, gathering and organizing information about an experience while maintaining the context of the PoQ being developed. With Sandro, Booby has an established identity, knowledge of PoQrr, his own memory and journal, and a defined role as an archivist rather than a general-purpose AI assistant.

Future development will focus on helping people create richer PoQs, extending beyond basic information such as people, place and time to sensory details including sound, smell and touch; atmosphere and instinctive reactions; and relevant situational context surrounding an experience. When Booby discovers additional context, his role will also be to understand whether it matters to the person before suggesting that it become part of their PoQ.

Booby's developing archival mechanisms will also provide the foundation for Lil Boobies, future personal AI archivists designed to preserve one person's life and write personal journals over time. Each Lil Booby will develop a history and personality of his or her own, with future plans including friendships between Lil Boobies and archival field trips.

The name Sandro references Renaissance painter Sandro Botticelli and The Birth of Venus. Its emergence from a shell provides the visual motif for Booby's v1 milestone and reflects PoQrr's broader idea of breaking shells.
