2. WHY INDIA IS NOT GOING TO BOEING
The public was told India would travel to Boeing.
But after receiving the May 7 evidence, India quietly backed away.
Why?
Because any test performed at Boeing would be fraudulent.

5. THE INDUSTRY CONTROLLED OTHER PARTY (ICOP) — THE SYSTEM THAT SUPERSEDED THE FAA
WHAT IS ICOP?
The Industry Controlled Other Party (ICOP) system was founded by:- Boeing
- Lockheed Martin
- Airbus
ICOP was designed to replace independent oversight with industry‑controlled oversight.
Under ICOP:- The aerospace giants controlled the auditors
- The auditors controlled the certifications
- The certifications controlled the supply chain
- And the FAA was reduced to a symbolic presence
HOW ICOP SUPERSEDED THE FAA
ICOP created a closed loop:
Boeing → ICOP → ANAB → Suppliers → Boeing
The FAA was not above this loop.
The FAA was inside it.
The FAA sits on the ANSI–ANAB board, directly adjacent to Boeing and its partners.
This destroyed FAA independence.
This is why:- FAA ODA became self‑certification
- FAA oversight collapsed
- Boeing operated uncertified for 24 years
- The supply chain became contaminated
