'Reach for the Stars' gala to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County

FORT MYERS, Fla. - TelAve -- Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County is inviting the community to celebrate the promise of local youth during Reach for the Stars, a fundraising gala on Saturday, Oct. 24, in Fort Myers.
The event will bring together community leaders, supporters and advocates for an evening supporting Boys & Girls Clubs's mission to help children and teens succeed through mentorship, academic support and enriching experiences.
Guests will enjoy cocktails, dinner and member-led tours of Park Meadows Community Club, including The Club Teen Center, a new space reserved exclusively for members 13 and older. The evening also offers opportunities to connect with fellow supporters while learning more about the impact of Boys & Girls Clubs programming across Lee County.
"Every child deserves the opportunity to dream big and discover what they're capable of," said Denise Gergley, CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County. "Reach for the Stars celebrates the promise we see in every club member while bringing our community together to provide the mentors, experiences and opportunities that help children reach their full potential."

Proceeds from the event will support Boys & Girls Clubs of Lee County's after-school and summer programs, helping ensure local children and teens continue to have access to safe, supportive environments where they can learn, grow and succeed.
Reach for the Stars will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, at 1900 Park Meadows Drive in Fort Myers. Individual tickets are $250 each, and sponsorship opportunities are available.
