FRESNO, Calif. - TelAve -- Redcort Software, the developer of the popular Virtual TimeClock software for Mac and Windows, today announced the release of Virtual TimeClock 26. The update adds a Time Off Calendar, a one-page builder that connects the time clock to nearly any payroll system, and a modernized In/Out Board. It supports macOS 27 Golden Gate.

Key features

• Time Off Calendar: see approved time off by day, add and edit entries, and filter by group, department or time-off type.
• Custom payroll integrations: a one-page configurator builds an integration file for nearly any payroll system.
• Modernized In/Out Board: search by name, status filters for administrators, resizable rows, worker monograms, and full keyboard control.
• Compatibility: macOS 11 Big Sur through macOS 27 Golden Gate, Windows 10 and 11, and Windows Server 2016 through 2025 for the Network edition.

See who is out, and when
The new Time Off Calendar gives managers a view of approved time off by week or month. Entries can be added, changed or deleted directly on the calendar, and multi-day entries remember weekend settings. Filters narrow the view by group, department or time-off type.

Connect to nearly any payroll system
Virtual TimeClock already integrates with popular payroll services. Version 26 adds a one-page configurator so users can create an integration file for small and regional payroll providers, without waiting for a new template.

A modernized In/Out Board
The In/Out Board has a modern layout with resizable columns, variable row heights and worker monograms. Search finds workers by name on large boards. Administrators can filter by Clocked In, Clocked Out, On Break, at Lunch or Missed Clock Out, and the board can be used from the keyboard.

Virtual TimeClock 26 is available today for Mac and Windows as a one-time purchase with no monthly fees. Learn more or download a fully functional free trial at www.redcort.com/timeclock.
