Schedule Changes for Mesa Pools

~ Mesa, AZ - As the summer heat continues to rise, the city of Mesa has announced that five of its public pools will remain open past the end of the regular aquatic activities season. This decision was made in order to provide residents with a place to cool off and enjoy some outdoor recreation.

The Mesa Aquatic Complex, Stapley Aquatic Complex, and Brimhall Aquatic Complex will all be open daily, except for Sundays, through July 25. Additionally, the Skyline Aquatic Center and Rhodes Aquatic Complex will remain open daily through July 25 and on weekends through Sunday, September 6.

Most pools will open at 1 p.m., but specific hours can be found on the Mesa Pools and Aquatics webpage. Admission fees for these pools are $3 for youth 17 and under, $5 for adults, and $4 for seniors 55 and older.

For those looking for a more thrilling experience, Rhodes Aquatic Complex offers a FlowRider attraction. Rates for this ride are $12 for youth and $16 for adults for a one-hour ride while the fence is in place. Without the fence, rates are slightly higher at $14 and $22 respectively.

Residents can find information about all Mesa parks and recreation programs on the City's website. With these extended pool hours, there is no excuse not to take advantage of these fun summer activities in Mesa.
