Shenzhen Zhunyi Launches 5 Inch 720×720 In-Cell TFT LCD Display for Next Generation Smart Devices and HMI Applications
TelAve News/10899913
SHENZHEN, China - TelAve -- Shenzhen Zhunyi Technology Co., Ltd., a professional LCD display module manufacturer with over 18 years of industry experience, has introduced its latest 5 inch 720×720 In-Cell TFT LCD Display Module, designed to deliver high-quality visuals, responsive touch performance, and reliable operation across a wide range of intelligent devices and embedded systems.
The display features a 720×720 resolution in a compact square format, providing sharp image quality and excellent full-viewing performance. Unlike conventional rectangular displays, the square design offers greater flexibility for modern graphical interfaces and information-rich layouts.
A notable design feature is its rounded-corner display area, which creates a more refined and premium appearance. The rounded edges align naturally with contemporary product designs and user interface trends, making the module particularly suitable for AI devices, smart home products, portable electronics, and advanced HMI systems.
The module incorporates In-Cell touch technology, integrating the touch sensor directly into the LCD cell. This design reduces overall module thickness, improves optical clarity, and enhances touch responsiveness. With support for 10-point capacitive multi-touch, users can enjoy smooth gesture control and intuitive interaction across a wide range of use cases.

Powered by the JD9365TX display driver IC, the module delivers stable performance and efficient display management. It supports a MIPI DSI interface for high-speed display transmission and an I²C interface for touch communication, enabling easy integration with modern processors, embedded platforms, and AI computing devices.
Engineered for demanding environments, the display operates within a wide temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, meeting the requirements of many automotive, industrial, and outdoor applications. The robust design ensures reliable performance under both low-temperature and high-temperature operating conditions.
The module is suitable for a broad range of applications, including AI assistant devices, AI companion products, smart speakers, smart home control panels, POS terminals, self-service kiosks, handheld gaming devices, portable media players, industrial HMI equipment, medical monitoring systems, EV charging stations, smart appliances, mini PC monitoring screens, PC liquid-cooling displays, and IoT control terminals.
As the global In-Cell touch display market continues to expand rapidly — with projections reaching $18.2 billion by 2033 at a CAGR of 11.7% — demand for compact, high-resolution, touch-enabled displays is accelerating across multiple sectors. Shenzhen Zhunyi's new 5-inch 720×720 In-Cell TFT LCD module combines modern aesthetics, industrial-grade reliability, and flexible integration capabilities, providing manufacturers with a future-ready display solution for next-generation intelligent products.
