August 21, 2026 – Starting Monday, August 24, Lafayette Boulevard between Colfax and LaSalle avenues will be closed for crane work related to construction at the Colfax Corner development. The detour route will be Main Street via Colfax and LaSalle avenues. This section of Lafayette Boulevard is expected to reopen end of day Friday, August 28, weather permitting.
