~ In a recent announcement, Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Aaron Pierce, Ph.D. to the Council on Sex Offender Treatment (CSOT) for another term. This term is set to expire on February 1, 2029.

Dr. Pierce, who hails from Plano, is a well-respected member of the community and holds various positions within the field of psychology. He is currently the president of Aaron Pierce PC in Plano and serves as the clinical director of Clinical and Forensic Consulting Services in Waco.

With his extensive experience and expertise in the field, Dr. Pierce also holds the position of chair on the Texas Council on Sex Offender Treatment. He is a member of several professional organizations such as the American Psychological Association, American Psychology-Law Association, Society for Police and Criminal Psychology, and the International Association for Correctional and Forensic Psychology.
