SAN FRANCISCO - TelAve -- Thorn & Bloom Magazine, a quarterly publication dedicated to self-care as a pathway to personal and collective liberation, has released its fifth issue, titled Rooted & Ruptured.

The magazine interrogates how societal norms and socialisation suppress individuality, autonomy, and self-worth, positioning self-care not as indulgence, but as an act of resistance and a tool for healing.
