Trademark Engine Launches AI Brand Protection at Sold-Out Social Media Day Houston 2026
TelAve News/10903341
HOUSTON - TelAve -- Trademark Engine launched a new tool to protect creators and influencers from AI at the recent sold-out Social Media Day Houston 2026 conference. The conference was attended by many of the Houston area's leading marketers, business owners, content creators, and communications professionals.
The annual conference focused on the future of social media, artificial intelligence and digital marketing. As businesses increasingly incorporate AI into their marketing strategies, Trademark Engine felt that content creators and influencers need better legal protection to guard against unauthorized AI use of their name, image and voice, and launched its new AI Guard tool that allows them to get a trademark to protect their brand without having to be rich and famous.
Many celebrities are starting to get these trademarks, including Matthew McConaughey, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, and Kylie Jenner, among others.
Sky Barron, Senior Vice President of Product at Trademark Engine, welcomed attendees before the keynote presentation as a Diamond sponsor and represented the company throughout the conference. Barron spoke with business owners, marketers, and creators about trademark protection, AI Guard, and the growing need to safeguard brands against AI impersonation and misuse.

"Most business owners spend years building trust in their brand," said Sky Barron, Senior Vice President of Product at Trademark Engine. "Artificial intelligence is creating incredible opportunities, but it's also introducing new challenges. We want entrepreneurs and creators to know they have affordable options for protecting the names, voices and identities they've worked so hard to build."
Trademark Engine's newest product, AI Guard, helps businesses and creators protect names, faces, voices and catchphrases from AI impersonation. The company also offers trademark registration services designed to help entrepreneurs establish and defend their brands as they grow.
The conference featured presentations from some of Houston's top social media and marketing professionals, covering topics including artificial intelligence, paid social advertising, LinkedIn strategy, creator marketing, content creation and community building. Trademark Engine's participation reinforced an important takeaway from the event: innovation and brand protection should evolve together.
For a limited time, conference participants and supporters can continue to take advantage of Trademark Engine's exclusive offers:
