BRAINTREE, U.K. - TelAve -- Novadata is one of the first UK training providers to offer the choice of sitting exams for the Transport Manager CPC qualification. From June 2024, Novadata's Transport Manager CPC candidates have had the choice of sitting their exams on paper, in the Novadata approved examination centre, or online from home with remote invigilation.

Road Haulage Transport Manager CPC and Passenger Transport candidates still benefit from a classroom-based training course, but can then opt to take their exams from home using a desktop or laptop computer with a web cam and stable internet connection, or in the more traditional paper-based method on Novadata premises.

Both the case study examination and the multiple-choice examinations are now available online. The case study examination will be held on the same day for both classroom-based and online candidates, while there will be some additional dates for the multiple-choice examination for online candidates only.

Novadata Managing Director, Su Winch commented, "We are pleased to be among the first to offer a choice of attending exams either at our centre or remotely. Our courses are sought after, so candidates may be attracted from some distance. Now that the online examination facility will be available, this will make it more manageable for some of our more far-flung candidates on actual exam days. We will of course retain the paper-based option for those candidates who prefer to get away from home for their examinations and who find our setting more conducive to concentration."
