UpLVL Launches 1,400+ Free Youth Sports Drills and Practice Plan Builder

TelAve News/10904722
Built for the space between games, UpLVL makes player progress visible and gives coaches and families a clear way to act on what comes next.

PRINCETON, N.J. - TelAve -- UpLVL has launched a free library of more than 1,400 youth sports drills across nine sports and a new practice plan builder.

Most youth sports platforms focus on game day. UpLVL was built for the space between games, where players develop, build confidence, and get better.

After a practice or game, a coach records a 15-second voice note about a player's performance. UpLVL turns that note into a parent-ready player development report and delivers it as a link. No app download or parent account is required.

Each supported sport has its own player development framework. UpLVL organizes coach feedback around those skills and tracks player development over time. Coaches turn their expertise into evidence. Parents get a clear window into their child's growth. Players get specific feedback about what is improving and what comes next.

The new Drill Library and practice plan builder give coaches and families a way to act on that feedback. Coaches and parents can search drills by sport, skill, level, and training format. Coaches can find team drills for practice, while parents can find solo drills their child can work on at home.

Each drill includes a simple diagram, clear instructions, coaching cues, and ways to adjust the challenge. There are no videos to scrub through and no ads to watch. Every drill has a shareable link and can be added to a practice plan.

Users can build a plan themselves or select "Build My Practice" and let UpLVL create one automatically. UpLVL builds the plan around the selected sport, training setup, skill level, focus areas, and available time. Plans can be customized, shared, or printed. No account is required.

"Coaches already know what each player needs. The problem is that knowledge rarely makes it off the field," said Michael Kazantzis, co-founder of UpLVL. "Fifteen seconds of talking turns it into a report parents can see. The Drill Library gives coaches and families something useful to do next."
