Missed the connecting flight

If you are travelling on a AA flight which is delayed by a few hours, causing the passenger to miss the connecting flight.

Then, the passenger can get the compensation of the missed flight from AA by way of getting the seat re-booked by AA in another airline for free.

The new flight is bound for similar destinations as the missed flight.

Missed flight due to overbooking

If you have missed the flight due to overbooking by denied boarding into the AA's flight then as part of the missed flight compensations.

AA will provide you with accommodation in the next available flight for the same destinations or provide you with the refund of ticket amount (If no rebooking option is available).
